Taskeya provides a project management and collaboration platform for teams. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Taskeya cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Taskeya and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Taskeya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
